Our February meeting of the Air and Waste Management Association, Rocky Mountain States Section will be held WEDNESDAY, February 11th, 11:30am – 1:00 pm, at the Newfield Exploration offices, 1001 17th Street, 20th Floor, in downtown Denver. Our guest speaker will be Randy Dann of Davis, Graham and Stubbs. Randy’s presentation will cover the new proposed ozone standard and potential implications/consequences for Western States. For those of you who may have heard Randy’s talk at the Rocky Mountain EHS peer group meeting January 15th,  he’ll be covering the same material, but will have more time at our meeting to go into detail and answer questions.

Randy Dann is a partner in the Environmental Group of Davis Graham & Stubbs in Denver where his practice focuses on complicated environmental litigation, permitting and regulatory compliance, and site remediation.  Randy regularly counsels clients in the oil and gas, mining, and other natural resource industries on compliance and regulatory issues under federal and state environmental laws.  Randy has vast experience on a wide variety of issues governed by the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, CERCLA, RCRA, and similar state environmental laws.

If you would like to attend this meeting, please RSVP to Bob Hammer ([email protected] ) by Tuesday 10th. Lunch and beverages will be provided.
